Our after school program is an extension of the school day that provides academic and enrichment programming for students.
The YMCA offers academic support and intervention, a healthy dinner, and student activity groups daily in their afterschool program.
Please Note: This program has a FEE for students to participate that families are responsible for.
The BGCC provides specific programming around academic tutoring and support, character education, and club programming geared towards a variety of student interests, the arts, and athletic activities. A healthy dinner is also provided during the program. This programming is FREE to families.
KIPP provides access to a variety of athletics offerings and clubs geared towards students passions and interests. These clubs and opportunities are provided by KIPP Columbus staff members and change throughout the year.

The YMCA of Central Ohio operates an Early Learning Center at KIPP Columbus Primary. There are four distinct developmental tracks for infants (6 weeks to 18 months), toddlers (18 months to 3 years), and Pre-Kindergarten classrooms for 3 and 4-year-olds. The program uses a variety of programs, curricula, and strategies to help students develop social and emotional skills necessary for success in Kindergarten and beyond.
